The Youth Advancement & Transformation (YAT) program has been at the heart of WOW-YAT's mission since its inception. This year, we're celebrating remarkable transformations.

Meet Shanice

At 16, Shanice joined YAT lacking confidence and direction. Through mentorship and workshops, she discovered her passion for leadership and now mentors other young women in her community.

Our program focuses on practical skills - financial literacy, public speaking, goal setting, and emotional intelligence. These skills empower young women to navigate life's challenges.

Community Impact

Over 200 young women have graduated from YAT in the past two years, with 85% reporting improved self-confidence and 70% pursuing higher education or entrepreneurship.
